Each 14" by 20", these two towels combine the subtle texture of fine white linen with hand finishing.

Lengthwise edges are hand-hemmed; both ends are cut to a points-and-flat edge and finished with closely-worked buttonhole stitching. A second row of stitching emphasizes the line.

An asymetric, art deco style design decorates the center-front. Stripes and flowers have been cut from green, peach and violet fabric and appliqued onto the towels. White padded satin stitch adds a three-dimensional effect to embroidered leaves and petals. Tiny open-eyelet flower-centers add a hint of lace.

These towels are clean and in excellent condition.
