One of two Each 18" by 31", these two towels combine the practicality of huck linen, that textured weave of Irish linen so prized by our mothers and grandmothers for its absorbency and lint-free polishing, with a damask pattern and hand finishing. Lengthwise edges are selvege; both ends are finished with a single row of open hemstitching. The damask-woven pattern borders the towel, 5" deep at the center front. A geometric pattern crosses front and back. Flowers and cherries spill over onto the geometric. A floral vine extends along the sides.
